INFORMATION COVID-19 FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
Given the exceptional circumstances in which we live, following the recommendations of the health authorities, we have been forced to temporarily close our doors in order to preserve the health and safety of all. We have done it with great regret in our hearts, but full of hope thinking about the reunion.

WE ARE PREPARING…
Our facilities and staff will be more prepared than ever to guarantee your safety. We will have the HS CONSULTING Certification in prevention of COVID-19, which includes intensive specific training for each department of the hotel, self-control protocols to guarantee the strictest hygiene and safety measures, and health records available to our clients.
The rooms will be disinfected daily following the guidelines and protocols recommended by the WHO. Common spaces sanitized and prepared to maintain a safe distance. And, of course, our team will always be at your disposal with all the information you may need to ensure everyone's health and safety.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
If you have a reservation between March 20 and June 30, 2020, please contact your agency (Booking, Expedia, your local travel agency, etc.) to cancel your reservation or modify your travel dates.
If your reservation has been canceled but you have already made your payment in advance, please contact us at info@negrescomallorca.com to request a refund, or a change of dates.
In the case of a direct reservation with us, you can manage it through our website in the “My reservations” section or send us an email to info@negrescomallorca.com .
